With the home care management solution, clients and caregivers will now have access to a mobile app that will simplify tasks to complete while caring for a client.

Simple app that works

Use the Caregiver Mobile App to clock-in/clock-out, submit your timesheet and care notes, and record any incidents that may occur.

Sign in with fingerprints or Face ID

Easy sign-in features allow you to quickly sign-in to your account to fill out required information for your shift.

Communicate with Office workers

When necessary, communicate through the Caregiver Mobile App with the office. You can still reach us at (504)368-0206.

Reminder alerts

Allow notifications to send reminders of upcoming shifts, open shifts, and schedule alerts. This will keep you informed of your duties on a weekly and daily basis.

If you are using the Caregiver Mobile App, make sure to have the latest version downloaded

iPhone: App Store > Click profile in top right corner > Available Updates > Update Ankota

Android: Google Play Store > Click profile in top right corner > Manage Apps & Device > Update Ankota
